Mental Health and Well-being

  • San Diego Access and Crisis Line

    The San Diego Access and Crisis Line (1-888-724-7240) offers free, confidential counseling and community resources to support your mental health. This resource is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and in multiple languages. A live chat service is also available Monday – Friday, 4pm-10pm.

  • National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI) San Diego

    The NAMI San Diego Helpline (1-800-523-5933) is answered by volunteers and Peer/Family Support Specialists who can help you get connected to support groups, classes, and resources.

  • Mental Health America (MHA)

    • Intake Hours of Operation: Transitional Housing Hours: 9:00 am-5:30 pm, Monday-Friday; Drop-in Center Hours: 10:00 am-2:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

    • Intake Procedure: For TAY ( ages 18 -24). Referral. For transitional housing a county referral required for eligibility. Program staff can be contacted for help with referral process. Must able to participate in case management and willing to achieve full-time productivity via school or work. First months rent is free, rent increases by $100 every six months. Must be able to pay rent and deposit.
