Radically you-nique

Virtual therapy in CA

Are you…

  • Unsatisfied with areas such as work, personal life, or relationships? Not able to be yourself or express yourself openly?

  • Frequently worrying about the future? Stuck in the past? Exhausted by the world? Overwhelmed? Burnt out?

  • Feeling like you never do enough?

  • Lonely? Feeling like very few people understand you?

  • Struggling to say no? Not feeling deserving of “good,” things?

  • A “people-pleaser?”

Another world is not only possible, she is on her way. On a quite day, I can hear her breathing.
— Arundhati Roy, "War Talk."

Today’s world is increasingly demanding and we as people are already spread so thinly. When we are pulled in many different directions — work, family, friendships, romance, etc.— it can feel like the weight of the world is a multitude of chains, ensnaring us in feelings of despair, hopelessness, anger, and fear.

You are not alone.

So what next?

Therapy, while not always able to address all concerns present in our lives, can work to alleviate experiences of trauma, depression, anxiety, and the impact of emotional dysregulation via learning skills and gaining deeper insight of who you are, who you’ve been, and who you'll become over the course of our work together

The collaborative relationship we build together is essential in creating a space where you feel respected, heard, and most importantly, fully accepted. My goal is to bring your sense of self in alignment with your goals. What you want out of this experience is of the utmost importance.

I am not a distant “expert,” telling you what to do, think, or say.

I am walking alongside you, ready to support you in achieving your vision of a life-worth-living.
